i've waited patiently for a week and a half and attempted to see if I can restore my database on my own based on past successful attempts, but to no avail. whenever anyone can offer help to restore my site I'd greatly appreciate it. i get the error message "Error establishing a database connection" when going to site image.elementfx.com. TY

If you go to cPanel --> PHPMyAdmin, can you see your databases, or are they missing?

i can't even log into cpanel...and i tried the fix recommended last time this happened, i changed my password.
