Resolved Site Down

Hello,

I was wondering why my website now just loads a page saying “Apache is functioning properly” like the server has been wiped and re-installed? I haven’t changed anything and was running Wordpress just fine prior.

Yeah, there is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account active. You last logged into your account on November 15th.

Two weeks ago, as part of our maintenance that was announced in mid December, we purged all accounts that had no login activity during the last 60 days prior, your account was well outside that 60 day mark and even more so outside of the 30 day requirement for free hosting.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Thursday last week, though we extended it a little bit extra.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account. I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

Thank you so much, i am sorry, dont know what happen but i do the login there every times at lest 1 per month when i get the email from the webserver.
My site is on again but i cant access the FTP there by my portable Filezilla v3.47.2.1 yet.

Have you updated filezilla to reflect that your account is now on a new server after the migrations?

Do you get any errors, if so what?

Ps. I would not rely on an email as the sole reminder to login once every 30 days, the requirement is there even if mails for any reason would not go out.

Yes i have. Server: x13.x10hosting.com Port: 21
No Filezilla error msgs i wait and wait and no logins.

PS: Ok this moment at 5:25 PM day 3/9/2020. I can enter in FTP this moment all work ok thank you so much Anna for all your help and faster reply too.
