Site down?

Hello all. I'm a member of this host and i have a website that is down for a long time. It's often down and i need to know why....

Please fix this problem or tell me what to do so the site can be up.

But i searched the forums for ad-free sites and some are working. I don't understand this....

the x10 servers are down all the tiime from overloading accounts but now its down due to the upgrades

Yeah, the Ad-Free server(s) apparently were/are being upgraded this morning according to the recent news in the Account Management Panel. I guess we'll have to be patient.

there are 2 ad-free servers (absolute and cossacks), guessing one is up and running and one is down (I'm on cossacks).
My site is also down, even though control panel says http is online
