Site e-mail being blocked by Verizon's Anti-Spam system

Hey guys, today when I tried to send a few forum members an e-mail from cPanel, everything sent OK, but I had gotten a bunch of bounced e-mails with the following error:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[e-mail addresses]
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
host relay.verizon.net [206.46.232.11]: 571 Email from 74.86.116.187 is
currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system. The email sender or
Email Service Provider may visit http://www.verizon.net/whitelist and request
removal of the block.

Could you guys possibly see what is going on here? I would hate to see e-mail not get delivered to people just because something decided to tick off/make my ISP block the mail server for x10.
