site files missing?

hi, my site is not working after the shift in servers

i don't see the files in Cpanel, seems like there're no files in WWW
in the hosting information i see 16MB use..so they might be there somewhere...

i can't get access through FTP also ("could not connect to server")

please please advise

Problem: files missing due to migration to Fris
