I was curious I have a site built and I can not get into the CP anymore? My Name is bobsblog.x10.mx. Can you tell me if it was taken for something wrong? I had just put it up and nothing bad should have been in it.

Thank You
Bob

That domain name is attached to a different forum account. More specifically, it's attached to this forum account: rmstark390

Try logging into Account Panel with that account instead to access your account data.

THank you for the reply. Can the account be deleted? I created a new one. But during the install on my new account for e107 I got this error. Any reason it would do that

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and
inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server
error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to
use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

To delete your other account, please post on the forums using that account (to verify that you are the owner) and then confirm that you have made any backups you might need:

Account Deletion Request - Please delete my free hosting account.

cPanel username:

( ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

For your 500 Internal Server Error, try checking your .htaccess and PHP files using this tutorial: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/500_Internal_Server_Error

Also, make sure your PHP files have a permission of 644. For security reasons, anything higher might generate the 500 Error too. Folders should receive a permission of 755.

Nothing should have 777.
