site has been down one month

My sites are down about one month (pozitro.tk , 15maj.tk) !!
I was on Chopin, probably on VOX now.
I can not login to cPanel.
Support ticket not answered for over 2 weeks.
What to do now ?

Same, please help! Its been over 5 weeks, and the support ticket has been open for 4 weeks as well. Help!

Situation is new today: My sites are down still, but I can login to cPanel.
Unfortunately in my account there is not any file or any addon domains !?
Subdomain is new pcriot.com, instead old x10hosting.com
During migration my data are not copied (forgotten on old server).
It is new/empty account.

What to do?
Where are my forgotten files and all configurations ?
