Site has been for down almost a month now.

My Site Methodsjs.com has been down since August 31st (almost 1 months)

I would appreciate if you could get my cPanel up.

tried looking up your server with the whois.net database and got nothing.
was wondering which server you were on, "level" was rebooted 5 days ago, "vox" was offline 2 weeks ago
if you can tell us your server or at least your subdomain at x10hosting, it might be useful.

Can you access your CPanel via the account Panel here on x10hosting?

Tried to ping and I got your server as 69.175.121.66 but also timed out.
is that on the "boru" server?

I'm on the level server and the issue is that my account isn't in the cPanel database so I can't get in it.

Which is making my whole site down.

My Sub-Domain is methods.x10.mx.
