Site is down

My site is down and when I log into the account panel I'm receiving a message saying "The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account." My site has been up for a while under this account, and I log into the forums weekly as required. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

Is your account suspended? It probably is, for inactivity-but you'll need to ask an admin to unsuspend it if you can't access the account panel.

I've seen the suspension for inactivity, and this looks different. When I go to the site, it says that the domain is available. when I try to login, I get the message in the image I attached.

It looks like your account has been terminated if it says the domain is availible.

So, I'm going to ask the obvious question. Why was my account terminated? How do I find this out, and how do I fix it? I was led to these support forums to resolve my issue, so I'm assuming this is the place for those answers. Thanks.
