Site is going up then down!

My site is going up and down. It says that the Apache HTTP is offline. I don't know what to do because my site is only up for a sec then it is down again.

Can Anyone Help

Seems as though the maintenance on Stoli is causing some problems, it should stabilise shortly. If it goes offline for a prolonged period of time I'll get an administrator to take a look, but if things go offline and come straight back up again there's not much that can be done.
