Hello there,
We have recently changed to x10 hosting after a horrible experience with ipage. We plan on buying the hosting soon but thats not what this is related to. Over the past week, A LOT of files have gone missing that we can barley replace. These include core files and txtsql databases. Here is what I woke up and saw today:

this is not caused by us. Because no one has touched the site since I have gone to bed. I am VERY disappointed
especially, because it has happened like 9 times. I am now requesting that we are compensated and given a VERY detailed answer on this.
