Site is missing

Hi.. I had a site running here, and after unsuspension it has gone, now when i try to access www.hd.am it redirects me to http://www.hd.am/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi, but when i try to go to hd.am (without www at the bigining) it seems that the part of my site works, because the index.php fires and returns me to http://www.hd.am/under_construction, but there i get 404 page. Besides that I'm not able to login into my cpanel, returned error says that the password is wrong.. hmm. What should I do to corret this, or if it's a problem caused by you there, when it will be fixed?
And yes I am going to buy a premium hosting account here, just wanted to make it clear for me.. dpes you paid servers also suffer like these?

Hello,

I have started the restore for your account, it should be available in a couple hours. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations.

I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order in 24 hours.
