My site hosted at prac.x10.mx is non-functional and throws an error.

Are you certain this is the domain your account is hosted on?
When you log in here - https://x10hosting.com/control/? - using your email address and account password, there should be a yellow box in the upper right hand corner with two rows. The first row will say 'Forum Account', the second will say 'Free Hosting'. In the 'Free Hosting' row, click 'View Details'.
On the page that shows will be a list of information. Look for 'Main Domain'. This will show the domain your account is using.
Try the domain listed there. If you're still having trouble, let us know.
