site is not loading

my site www.towfiqi.com is'nt loading, there must be a problem with the dns. Cuz its redirecting to opendns.com error page.
In cpanel the files and ther database are there, but the site is not loading.

Problem: DNS points properly to ns1.x10hosting.com BUT

DNS server handling your query: ns1.x10hosting.com
DNS server's address: 99.198.122.2#53

** server can't find towfiqi.com: SERVFAIL

domain apparently not in nameserver at all.
