site is not on-line

so I uploaded my files to Files Manager - /public_html but my site is not visible on-line. It says on-line
Index of /

• cgi-bin/
• images/
• postinfo.html

and yes, my first file is called index. So, what am I to do now?

That might be due to server migration..
Your files are on one machine and your URL redirect to another machine...

Note:
Currently our admins are doing migration on starka
