For some reason, some ppl cannot enter my site... they get a 404 error, while I don't get any errors at all. Does anyone know the issue?

Remove the www and it works just fine.
With www I get a 404 error.
With www I get a 404 error.
That still doesn't work. It MOSTLY leads most of my users to a 404 error for some reason. I never had this issue when I was on ad-free package on x10hosting.com domain. My guess is the domain.
Is there a way to switch my domain to x10hosting.com? I think this will work better for me.
Edit: I found out that the I must use my parked domain for the cpanel and stuff. But can I still access my site with the original domain and change the domain from pcriot.com to x10hosting.com?
