Site keeps going down

Hi, I am trying to create a open my social website http://www.diansocial.x10hosting.com/socialftp/dolphin but somethings wrong. it keeps going down and the page cant be found. please help me.

I'm able to visit your site by following the links from your main domain. The link you gave is incorrect. x10hosting servers run on a linux os. This means that directory and file names are all case sensitive. The link you gave has lower case "d" in dolphin. The correct address has uppercase "D" for Dolphin. Linux treats both spellings as two different directories. Lowercase "d" dolphin doesn't exist in your account.
