One x10Hosting rules is that my site must be in English, French and Spain.

Is it OK if it is in English and Russian?

You may use SOME Russian on your page, or we have to atleast beable to tell right away what your site is about without attempting to translate it. If we can't tell what your page is about it will be suspended.
