Site loading issues

OK so every time i load my website, i end up having to stop the loading and reload it, every time, and now it won't even load all the way, i just cleared cache, emptied the history, etc. the next thing i might do is:

ipconfig/flushdns

and

ipconfig/registerdns

can anybody else tell me what they think could be wrong?

If you are using the Ad-Enhanced server Stoli, that server has been experiencing some downtime lately.

The staff are working around the clock to maintain the server uptime although its hard work.

Im experiencing similar errors.

Im sure the server will be stable within the next few weeks.
