Hello,

I am aware that there was a migration and issues with some sites not loading properly after the migration.

My site is janescreations.x10host.com

When loaded it simply shows: "Apache is functioning normally" and nothing else.

Also, when clicking on the Open cPanel button I get the error (please advise):

I'm not 100% sure what happened to your account. It looks like it should have been deleted July of last year, but it was actually transferred. Maybe an admin can clear up the timeline, but the issue is that your account was inactive for over 30 days. In the future, make sure you log in once every 30 days (not once a month). Only logins to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main count. Logins to FTP, the forum, email, etc. do not count. Do not depend on email reminders as they get lost pretty frequently.

I'm requesting an admin see if your account can be restored.

Actually if you look at the creation dates, they created a new hosting account on November 29th (there is indeed an older one that was terminated last year though), the account was migrated and has not not been purged, however by the looks the migration did go wrong (I get an error when trying to actually view the account).

I'll go grab the backup and re-transfer using our backup, should be tops 20 minutes before the account is sorted.
