Site not accessible about 6 days?

hi,
i just want to understand, mysql server is offline about 5 or 6 days ago!!!
do u think ppl hosting there sites will continue trusting x10hosting !!
im just waiting for the sql server to backup because i really never seen a free service like this.

u have to stop providing free service if u are not able to assure the activity.


please gave me the possibility to backup my sql data and suspend my account or delete it if u want.

If you don't like the free service you are getting, you are free to leave (no pun intended).
As for MySQl, you are responsible for making the backups (see http://forums.x10hosting.com/news-announcements/102694-backup-proposal-please-leave-feedback.html for upcoming changes)

The MySQL shortages you've experienced are the result of upgrades the overall service was getting. If you had read http://forums.x10hosting.com/service-alerts/102610-mysql-update.html and http://forums.x10hosting.com/service-alerts/102544-phpmyadmin.html , you might would have understood that.

As for the last part, let me tell you, you are free to buy the premium package if you are not satisfied by the free service.
