Site not accessible

Hi, after the server upgrade I am unable to access my site

www.rainbowaq.com.sg

I am able to access cpanel from my account portal though

What should I do?

Looking in the who's database it looks like you have not changed your name-servers to x10hosting. X10hosting's name servers at ns1.x10hosting and ns2.x10hosting

Hi, the dns servers are correct, I gave the domain administrator the dns servers ip addresses and they routed it to x10 dns servers (there is some service agreement that they do not change the dns servers not of their own to public view but instead they will route it, dont ask me why)



it was working fine before the upgrade, there was no configuration change but after my server got upgraded to level it stopped working

unless the dns servers ip are changed did it?
