Site not Activated

As far as i can tell my site hasn't been activated. When i signed up it said i had something like a 2800 minute wait for it to be active. This was about a week ago and i havn't gotten a email saying it's ready. Tried to log in to the main site today and it says i need to link my hosting account and to enter my Cpanel username. when i enter my username it says invalid.
