Hi, I already posted the problems I have and I were told that due to server migrations I might have encountered problems. Well, this migration should have finished now and I still cannot access my website at http://rrhhchile.x10hosting.com.

My account panel tells me that the server now is called Chopin.x10 - before it was another one.

Additionally, I cannot enter cpanel at http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 using my previously working credentials.

Thus, my personal website and cpanel are completely unavailable and I do not know what to do (I have been waiting more than a week as initially recommended).

Anyone can help me to contact the right people to fix my hosting problems?

The starka is merged to chopin. So your server is chopin now

As you know that the chopin is under migration. So till the transfer of accounts completes there may be downtime. So have patience
