Site not displaying

I changed the MYSQL databases in cPanel as I was told and changed something in the config of my Forums directory so it wouldn't be pointed to the new MYSQL and since then my site won't even display..It's been timing out..the URL is www.skillzgaming.com, if any of the Admins think they can sign on my cPanel and fix all these problems there self..It would be greatly appreciated..
