Hi all,

I had created my site on x10 1-2 weeks back. I added the content, created mySQL database and things were fine. The site was visible for a week and I continued improving the content. Suddenly the site stopped displaying. When I go to File Manager in control panel, I can see all my files & DB intact. I can modify, save etc. But when I go to my site, it is not launching. It gives an error. It is automatically redirected to http://staff.x10hosting.com/default.web.page/ which shows the message:
[h=1]Server Error
[/h] There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket.

When I try an individual page, it is redirected to the page: http://x10powered.com/errors/404.shtml which shows the message:
[h=1]404 Error
[/h] The file or directory you have requested was not found on the server. [h=3]Common reasons for this error:[/h]
  • Incorrectly spelt file or directory.
  • The file or directory was removed.

I tried launching various pages - same error.

My site is : http://champa.x10.mx or http://champa.x10.mx/Default.php.

Did I do something wrong or is it an X10 problem? Can somebody guide me here?

Thanks,
Benny

I'm still stuck due to the problem mentioned here. Can somebody assist me?

Is this happening because my domain got changed (for some reason)?

Please help.

We primarily deal with support tickets via the account portal now, which is a new system. Anyway, this is indeed an x10 problem -- it appears your account was never fully created. The only way to reliably fix this is to delete it and have you sign up again. Take a backup of all of your files and databases and post back when you are ready.
