Site not loading the correct index file

when I goto my website on domain rieda.za.org its not loading the full index file but

go to http://www.rieda.za.org and you will see

When I browse to http://www.rieda.za.org/index.php then the correct data is loaded

How Do I correct this:

http://www.rieda.za.org does not show navigation
[URL]http://www.rieda.za.org/index.php [/URL] is what users should see

have you got an index.html as well as the php beacuse you might just have to index pages???

I have tried 3 different isps and same thing happens
I have tried the files on another host and it works perfect
I have attached my directory listing
are there any settings I can change on my cpanel
