site not opening, plzz help

when i open my site www.mhashmi.com, it gives the error:

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.mhashmi.com/
The following error was encountered:

• Connection to 72.232.204.42 Failed

The system returned:
(110) Connection timed out The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.
Your cache administrator is webmaster.

and when i go to my account overview it says that HTTP is offline and Account Status: Active.

In particular the one that says "hosting services up/down." It's here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/showthread.php?t=13706

If you look, you'll notice that http doesn't say it's online. Everything else works, just not http (or at least not at the moment).

the free hosting servers are down right now thats
why your ftp and your site doesnt work please be
patient.The admins are dealing with the problem right now.
