Hi Sir,

Your site has been moved to the FRIS Server so you have to login at the Cpanel here at https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/

And I can easily visit your website and I've posted a print of screen below. Its working.

Please give a THANKS if my solution is helpful.

thanks, i had already been able to see my site, and posted that right under my open ticket, but when I tried your cpanel login solution, it is still giving me a "login error", so I am unable to access my cpanel and email. any other ideas? thanks for the help!!

Try this:

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
Then try login to cPanel again.

Awesome, that got me into CPanel, so thanks for the help. I had to recreate my email accounts as they weren't showing up in cPanel, but now when I try to login, it's still giving me an email login error (from outlook and directly from cPanel using squirrelmail.) Do they use the same pop3 and smtp servers? mail.wilmingtoninsurancequotes.com for both? Thanks again!
