Site Not Showing Up

Hi, I uploaded the index page on my site tables and it's not showing up live. I checked in the File Manager in Cpanel and it's there. Would you please check this for me and tell me what my problem is.

I don't see an index page at url that you posted. In fact, all I see is a folder/directories list, no files. Could you recheck that it uploaded in the correct place?

I checked in cpanel and it's in the public_html folder in in the tables folder as index.html
The wp folder is also in the public_html folder.

What are the permissions of index.html file?
make sure it is 0644

I checked the permissions in cpanel on the index.html file and it says 644

Why do you have it in the tables subdirectory? All I see is a blank, dark blue page.

I went back and checked it after your last response in Filezilla. I have no clue why I put it in that folder.
