site not updating

When I update my pages and upload them, The old page still displays in my browser. I have updated my page "index" yet it still displays the same old version. What could cause this? How can I solve this problem?:dunno:

The server stoli.x10hosting shows my files and the new versions, but when I view my page it is still the old version. Please help

Flush your DNS and clear your browser cache...

I am getting this page when open your website.
Is this the updated page???
