Hiyo,

I cannot access http://elizabethlassing.com/ or any PHP pages under this domain - each one returns an HTTP 500 error (details unknown).

I can access image files under this domain just fine, and I can access the files via DirectAdmin file manager. PHPMyAdmin works fine as well. It seems FTP is not working right now, though (I get "Login authentication failed")

Is this a known issue as part of the migration? It's been down for at least 24 hours, if not longer.

Thanks,

Thanks for the tip - yes, switching back to 5.6 with MySQL enabled seemed to do the trick to get the site back up and running.

However, I still cannot connect via FTP using the credentials I've previously been using. Has this been updated in some way as well?

UPDATE: After reading the thread on https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/site-cannot-open-mysql-connection.206963/ I was able to use x13.x10hosting.com to connect via FTP, which unblocks me for the time being. However, I still cannot use my own FTP account. I also get the same issue re: certs.
