Site not working properly

My site is not working....
its saying these things:
My subdomain is suspended but when I check suspension reasons it sais my account is not suspended
i can still go to my directory but cant log on to my webmail or cpanel

plz help me because i don't know what to do... i need the site for my school work:dunno:

I see a site without and index page. I am not sure where you are seeing a suspension.

What subdomain is it? Give us a link please, so we can look into it.
