What is the meaning of not working?
I can see the cgi-bin folder. Nothing else
You don't have site.
If you used to have a site then post back.

Your site loads for me, although it has no content on it. If you wish, I can escalate this thread to a support ticket to see if a staff member can restore your account. It appears that after the Lotus/Cossacks to Fris move, your site's files were never restored.
Yes please, My site was fully completed. Also another .x10hosting.com account of mine got completely deleted: the domin and everything with what appears to be no traces, with the move to the fris server from the lotus server:

Once an account is deleted, we can't restore it. vworld01's account still exists. Please post any problems in your own thread.
