Site Not Working

Hi, I signed up for an adenhanced account about 1 week ago and I changed the primary domain to x10tutorials.co.cc like 2 days ago and for those 2 days I have been getting the Internet Explorer error page that says
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
and the server is up but I can't access my site or cPanel.
Can someone fix this because I want to setup my site and not get banned for inactivity. Also I don't want to recreate my site because it took a weeb to get activated.
My cPanel name is vmdogg94
My site is x10tutorials.co.cc
My Plan is Corporate Adenhanced
My email is coolv1994@yahoo.com

Did you point the domain to our nameservers (ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com)?
