Site not working

I could not able to open my site and also not able to login into my hosting account. I could able to login into forumns.x10hosting.com.

While logging into hosting site it throws an error that it might be due to inacvitiy. Is there a way to restore my account/site?

How long has it been since you logged in to your account and forum?

You need to log in at least once every 2 weeks.

If you don't, after that you have 10 days to unsuspend your account.

After that, your account may get deleted.

Have you tried logging in to your account from the correct url? ; http://www.x10hosting.com/panel.php

If you can log in there, look for the View Suspension Report section in the panel.

You may still be able to unsuspend yourself from there (if you're lucky!)
