Site now linking to cPanel installation confirmation.

Hey, I have a problem with my website.

Ok I went on to the site today and found it is linking to some sort of cPanel installation confirmation screen. This is shown instead of my main page. If I try to access parts of the site directly then I get a not found error.

I checked the directory and all the files are in their usual place and I cant seem to see any new files that would overwrite my main page.

Any idea whats happening?
