[SOLVED] site offline (reason: server attack)

I haven't been able to connect to my site nor cPanel since a few hours.
Is there another system update going on that wasn't announced?

Did you tried to login to cpanel using the link provided in your account panel http://x10hosting.com/control

click on "view details" link of your free hosting then click on "login to cpanel" button

I couldn't load some friends' sites on Lotus and Chopin earlier either.
They load now. (a bit slowly)

Having the same issue with absolut. Used the new cpanel login but not loading at all either due to connection problems.

It was due to the attack on the Absolut server, it should have started some hours before it was reported on the status.
It's all right now

Edit: isn't there a way to mark threads with a solved tag?
