Site on Level does not load, Traceroute points to Boru still

Hello

According to the last announcement all issues for sites hosted on Level should be fixed but that does not seem to be the case for my site: thelab.x10.mx

Originally it was hosted on Boru but moved to Level, and since then the site does not load and I cannot access the cPanel (asks for password which I never had).

A traceroute lookup shows that the url still looks for "boru.x10hosting.com" .. please help me.

Yep welcome to the boat, I'm sure there's room. You, me, and several others are having the same issue.
All that can be asked is patience while X10 staff get the problem rectified.

Are they working on the problem though? That's all I'd like to know at the moment, because all announcements and server status updates seem to indicate that the staff think everything is working as it should.

I would think they would be, but have no idea. Hopefuly a mod or admin will chime in on this.
