It's likely that one of your scripts are using a large amount of resources. I think it may very likely be the chat system you have running here http://followmee.co.cc/chat

When an account is using a large amount of server resources, that takes away from resources that all of the other accounts have available and puts a strain on our servers, reducing their integrity and ability to function. Because of this, accounts are automatically disabled for a set amount of time whenever they are detected to be using a large amount of resources.

As the message states, this means that you have hit the High Resource Usage limit.
If we detect your site as using an unusually high amount of server usage (which could affect other websites) then we temporarily shut down your website for 1 hour. To prevent this from happening, ensure that there is nothing on your account that could cause the server usage to increase significantly. You might want to check crons, emails and php scripts to see if that is the problem.
In your cPanel you can see several services that will allow you to monitor your website and could possibly assist you in identifying the cause.

K, since your forum is showing a Resource Limit Hit, I'll have to continue a discussion here that was occuring via PM with one of our volunteers on your system.

I understand there's a music uploader on your account; I need to call your attention to this part of our TOS:

* Illegal Material: This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State, or Local regulation. You may not store copyrighted Mp3s or videos on your webspace in any way shape or form.

Should any of your members choose to upload copyrighted files, you'd be in violation of this section of the terms and thus become suspended. In addition, having the uploader itself would put this under file hosting, which is a separate section of the terms. Now, given that it's restricted to members only, I can understand it being there as it looks to be part of Social Engine, which generally means it's not strictly being used as file hosting like a Rapidshare type service does, but it's highly questionable at best. I'd personally recommend removing or blocking that section to ensure you don't violate -either- part of the TOS.

Should you choose to leave it, and should members choose to upload copyrighted material to the server, you'll be held responsible, so keep that in mind. That's all; the resource limit hit message should go away shortly.
