My account is terminated because of inactivity.
What am i supposed to do to get it back.

I cant.... It says my country is not allowed. I am from Malaysia.

This is probably because of a lot of abuse from users in Malaysia. You'll have to wait for admin to see this, and then they will decide wheather to unblock you or not.

Will escalate to see if Admin will bypass the restrictions, since you already had an account.
