Site Problem

When I try to access my site it comes out this message.

vitor.x10hosting.com
Error establishing a database connection

And when I try to connect to my parked domain

vitor.tk

I get this URL: http://vitor.tk/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
with this page

Another problem is my cPanel.
I get a login error. Recently I changed my password and now I can't log in.

Try this:
Go to cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ ) and click on Remote MySQL.
Add this to the allowed list:
int.fris.x10hosting.com

That might solve any SQL problems you are experiencing.

For the parked domain, the admins are trying to fix that as part of the maintenance ( http://status.x10hosting.com )

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

Then try login again.
