Site redirecting to default x10 page and unable to open a support ticket

Hi, I'm seeing the default x10 page from more than 24hrs now. I read the announcement about this error, and hoped it'd resolve within 24hrs but it hasn't. Could you please do something about it?

Also, I don't see any option to open support ticket in my account. That need to resolved as well.

In near past one user had to wait for 4 days to get defaultpage.cgi resolved.
