Site slow to load

I understand there is some sort of transition going on today, and that's fine, but is there any ETA on when we'll be back to 100%? As it stands my site is loading terribly slow or not at all and it's making it frustrating as we launched yesterday and we are trying to keep up activity today. If new users see the site already having issues...they won't come back.

Any info yet? My site is periodically going offline because of this. I'd like to have something I could tell to the 20+ people asking me what's going on..

Indeed it seems that the host has some probblems and it shows an 503 error with

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
