Site still displaying “suspended” days after receiving “successfully unsuspended” email

My site was suspended due to inactivity, I followed the steps to unsuspend and received this email:

Account Suspension Removed
This email notification is being sent to inform you that your web hosting account has been unsuspended by x10Hosting's administration.

• Your Website: http://jdnotions.x10.mx

The x10Hosting Team

However visiting my site still shows “account suspended” and I am unable to access the cpanel as well.

I've got the same problem has you. It's been 9 days. I've not gotten any significant help except to say they fixed the problem... which was on day 3 of 9 and then got the message that I should login and click the unsuspend link. But of course that it exactly what I did 9 days ago. I've left phone messages and emailmessages every two days and even send a screen capture of this bug... no answers yet. I have patients that need toaccess the site. I really hope that they can work quickly on the problem
