Site still down after months

My site has been up and down now for months. I cant remember the last time it was up more than a day with the server migrations and all the other issues.

I have checked all permissions 1000 times. Its not a issue with permissions.

Folders should have permissions set to 755, the fact that your folder "pages" is at 777 causes the problem.

All folders containing files that are to be directly viewed in the browser must have perms set lower then 777 (they can't be world writable)
