Site still down

So even tho the Chopin server is up and running my site is down still ... im jus opening a support ticket as instructed on the status page

Hi jokerbox,

There is no index.html on your site.

But remaining pages like http://jokerboxdesigns.co.uk/port.html opening normally,

Flush your dns and clear browser cache and try again.

I tried clearing my cache and flushing DNS but still nothin if i look at my site index index.html has vanished completely?? I tried to upload it again via FTP and its saying cannot connect due to incorrect username or password, even tho theyre both right!?

Then Try to Reset the cpanel password in your account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/panel.php
