Site still down?

I'm wondering if my account was lost, or is it still on the server? I've made 2 tickets, and both have access denied on them. So I'm unsure, and just plain confused. Any help would be appreciated.

your site works fine for me... some of the servers services are going down/up alot... so it should be fine, if its not there your account wasnt deleted
