Site Still Down

has anyone got the same issue as me? i still can't access my cpanel address and my website www.escocolumbo.org is still unavailable

Could you provide more information such as the server you used to be on, if your site used to work etc.

Also, have you added ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com as DNS servers?

i don't know what server i was on, i'm sorry, i just didn't take notice of this

yes my site www.escocolumbo.org did used to work. it became unavailable last wednesday/thursday

i did add x10hosting as my server. i was in the process of building the site when it went down

my account domain site is also down http://austine.x10hosting.com

i've sent in a ticket to the support team but no one has gotten back to me yet.

is it likely that my account has been deleted? if it isn't, what other information can be used to retreive it? my name, account no. etc

my site is also down .... I did file request and they told me that they are moving the server . So I am waiting
