Site still not up after Lotus transfer

I'm still unable to access my site at either chaosinacan.com or chaosinacan.x10hosting.com and unable to login to cPanel at lotus.x10hosting.com:2083. My account management panel says my cPanel is at lotusold.x10hosting.com:2083, but that just times out.

This is what I get when I try pinging lotus.x10hosting.com and then chaosinacan.x10hosting.com:

Lotus is quite clearly running, but my site doesn't think it is on the new server yet, so I'm guessing this is a DNS error of some sort.

I have also tried (many times over the past couple of days) to reset my password, but I get this each time:

information Update to your hosting account password.
result A system error occurred while processing this action.
Error Code: 18A7083E
